Theres good news for those interested in this, as not only did the project met its funding target in its first day, but theres also an alpha combat demo to sample. This was first revealed 17 months ago for a 2017 release in what turns out to have been a premature announcement. If you don't get around to playing the demo, you'll be happy to hear that a Xenonauts 2 open beta is also scheduled to kick off in March. A Kickstarter Campaign is underway for XENONAUTS 2, a sequel to the X-COM-inspired strategy game.
